Chick peas with crushed Punjabi samosa, topped up with sweetened yoghurt,
tamarind chutney and pomegranate.
Tandoori seabass with kasundi king prawn.
Tender lamb cutlet marinated with garlic, raw papaya, paprika, fennel and cream
then grilled in Tandoor. Served with plum chutney.
Refreshing ice, flavoured with fruit puree.
Slow cooked spicy lamb shank with lentils & citrus. Served with naan bread.
Cooked in sauce of tomato, yogurt, ginger & green chillies (served with plain naan and sag ponir).
Tender chicken cooked with soft cheese, yoghurt, pistachio & cream with zest of sprinkled nutmeg. Served with sag aloo and saffron pilau rice.
Selection of home made desserts served with ice cream.
